Notes

• Another older image today. This was taken near Mattawa, in north-eastern Ontario, as part of media collection for that forest project I was involved in a few years back. As we made our way from the cabins to the trail we were documenting that day, there was a wonderful mist coming off the lakes and rivers we passed on the way. Scenes like this make me long for access to a canoe.

• Jim, another terrific shot with lots of mood. I really enjoy mood images like this and it's a beautiful serene scene. My only nitpick would be that in terms of composition it feels a little bit heavy on the left side with the fairly large dark headland on the left and not much to balance that on the right. However I still like this a lot!
