This photo ran a few weeks back, identical but for the processing. This came later, as I was playing with different looks and processing styles... and there is something with the cooler look of this that appealed to me. Neither are exactly an accurate representation of the scene in a strictly realistic sense, but I like them both anyway.
Well composed and I like the tones, great work! I wonder if you are using a tripod (looking at the exif info). If you do, I'd suggest using a smaller aperture (f/13 to f/18) for more depth of field (essential in landscape photography) and slower shutter speed, and lower ISO if possible. Extending the exposure time up to 1 second would make the water look softer and blurrier which usually looks better. I did not mean to say that this image does not look good. Just a friendly advice ;-) Armand @ July 5, 2009
Nice composition and processing. I prefer this one over the older one, this looks more ... hmmm ... contemporary i guess. Asgardr @ July 13, 2009

When you say it is not strictly accurate, how so please?
