I love the slightly reduced colors in this picture, great shot! mighty @ May 13, 2008
Oh, this looks really nice and Swedish (the walls and indeed the light), I can just image the rest of this country farm house. Very nice images, lots of mood! Makes me want to visit Sweden. Being from Dragoer Denmark I would love to visit again now that I am interested in photography. I used to be able to catch the ferry and be in (Linhamn) Sweden within an hour! However, since then I have moved to Australia, so now the trip is a bit longer! Thomas Folke Andersen @ May 19, 2008
This is an amazing shot, the photo brings me many memories of my grandma. CNC Router @ May 21, 2008
I love the post-processing - simple, yet very effective. I like in particular the softness of the final image and the attention you paid to detail.
I would be really interested to know how the original looked; did you use any additional lighting?

Great vibe on this. Fantastic composition and I just love how the woodwork and the gramophone go together. Excellent exposure control too...detail in all areas of the shot. Great job. desolate | metropolis @ August 28, 2008
