I can't say I am overly proud of this picture, but in the interests of full disclosure following from yesterday's photo, I want to show that my "commute" does actually involve leaving the house. My office, as it is, is a three or four minute walk from home. (And, for those who really care, if you look really carefully through the trees on the left side, you can see the windows of my office.) If I followed the streets, the walk would take a bit longer. But walking the short cut, across a little bridge and over this rock hill, I can shave precious minutes off the journey. This was taken last Friday, when we actually had snow on the ground.
One final technical note. While this may look like a black and white photo, this is just how colour looks in the winter months of western Sweden.

What beautiful scenery you have on your commute. Love the perspective. Laurie @ December 10, 2008
wow, that's not a black and white? amazing. It seems like a daunting climb --like the previous image, I like the angle/perspective. Lunamania @ December 10, 2008
